THE PROCESS

Start by filling out the inquiry form and scheduling a discovery call. This is our chance to get to know each other, chat about your vision, and see if we vibe. I’ll walk you through what working with me looks like and answer any burning questions.

After our call, you’ll get a juicy questionnaire full of all the good stuff—your style, your must-haves, your flower dreams. This helps me understand what you’re looking for and lets me put together a custom proposal and pricing estimate.

Once you’ve submitted the questionnaire, I’ll get to work on your one-of-a-kind proposal. Give me 1–2 weeks to make it awesome. When it’s ready, we’ll hop on another call to go over it together and make sure it feels just right.

If the proposal feels aligned and inspiring, it’s go-time! To officially book, you’ll sign a contract and submit a deposit to reserve your date.

From here, we collaborate, refine, and dream it all into reality. Final payment is due one month before your event—and then it’s showtime. Cue the flowers, the feelings, and the floral magic.

We delivery your personal items and teach you how to hold your bouquets. We pin your boutonnieres, tie on the flower girls crown and hope to give you the biggest hug! (cause, let's be honest, you know we're about to be besties!) We have a full team of professionals to set-up, repurpose, and break-down your event so you don't have to worry about anything!

Elopements will forever hold a special place in our hearts at Double Dutch. They are the perfect way to intimately experience the sanctity of marriage. Elopements are so personal and unique, their flowers should reflect that as well. We’ve created a simplified way to choose your florals so you can focus on what matters most. Our Elopement package includes one bespoken bouquet, and boutonniere in your chosen color palette. All additional items are available a-la-carte and require minimal to no set-up. Available for pick-up of drop-off delivery in Summit and Eagle County.
